MP
Hi, I'm Milena — a logistics manager with a degree in IT. I grew up around trucks and terminals, studied software and databases at university, and somehow ended up doing both for a living.
My days are split between coordinating drivers, planning routes across Serbia and the EU, and talking to clients who need their freight moved yesterday. What sets me apart is that I don't just manage operations — I understand the systems behind them. I write scripts, build dashboards, and automate the paperwork nobody wants to do.
I'm organized, direct, and calm under pressure. Border delays, broken-down trucks, last-minute route changes — I've handled all of it. I like solving problems, whether that's on the phone with a driver or quietly fixing a spreadsheet at midnight.

TransBalkan Freight Co.Oversee daily operations for a fleet of 40+ trucks across Serbia, Croatia, Hungary and Germany. Plan routes, manage drivers, handle client communication, and resolve issues in real time. Built an internal route planning tool that reduced empty runs by 18%.

EuroCargo LogisticsHandled daily dispatch for 25 vehicles — assigning loads, tracking deliveries, and keeping clients updated. Created a GPS tracking dashboard to replace manual check-ins. Improved on-time delivery rate by 22% over two years.

University of BelgradeStudied databases, software engineering, computer networks and systems analysis. Graduated with a thesis on vehicle routing algorithms — a topic I later applied directly in my logistics career.

A GPS tracking dashboard I built to monitor the entire fleet in one view — fuel, speed, location. Replaced three separate spreadsheets we used before.

CMR-Flow
A small Python tool that auto-fills CMR freight documents from our TMS. Cut document prep from 20 minutes to under 10 seconds per shipment.
